I use it while doing lure fishing and it's really good. It's sturdy, affordable, and has a lot of teeth, making it stable. My foot size is 265, and size M is a bit tight, but the teeth fit all the way to the bottom, so buying size M is okay. If you buy size L, it might be a bit loose. I have both size M and L, so I alternate between them, but size M seems more stable. Size L fits perfectly, but the rubber that holds it in place can stretch and become a bit loose. Both are fine, but if you don't like them being loose, buy size M. I attach them to long-necked hiking boots, and they fit well in both.

I doubt i'll get to try these out properly until next winter now, but the xl size fits my eu size 44 boots well (tight enough to be secure, not so tight that they'll be difficult to put on) and they look robust with decent length spikes for this sort of equipment.

They are of very good quality, made of steel that supports the weight and does not dent. They come well attached to the chains, and the rubber is also of good quality. It's worth the price; I've seen them twice as expensive on Amazon. My mom's brand is Mimo Crampone.

The cleats look sturdy; I will leave another comment after I've tried them out.
Otherwise, fast delivery; the crampons are in a cardboard package, there is a pouch and straps to securely attach them to hiking shoes.
